Director of Physical Therapy
Shannon graduated with her masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2002. She is a commissioned officer in the US Army as a Physical Therapist and has experience in a wide variety of settings, but has concentrated in sports medicine and orthopedics for the majority of her career. She was directly assigned to and worked with a Special Operations unit for several years. This has allowed her to specialize in working directly with strength coaches to optimize training techniques for each individual to address their specific needs for injury prevention and to maximize performance potential. She has specialized her treatment and care towards maintaining a high level of function and prevention of injuries; making her specifically qualified for treating and assisting athletes of all levels achieve their maximal potential and sport or fitness goals. She also has vast experience working with persons with multiple traumas return to full function in the highly demanding Special Operations Community. When not working, Shannon enjoys running and hiking with her dog and spending time traveling everywhere she can.
Shannon is certified in Therapeutic Dry Needling techniques, Graston technique, ASTYM technique, has completed multiple courses in the FMS (functional movement screen), SFMA (selective functional movement assessment), The Grey Institutes’ 3D maps training, PRI training (Postural Restoration Institute), ART (Active Release Technique), Fascial Manipulation, Original Strength, LSVT BIG, as well as received Level 1 and 2 training in Spinal Manipulation from AAMT.
Kelly graduated from Michigan Technological University in 2015 with her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Military Arts and Science. She is commissioned in the US Army Reserves as a Health Services Administrative officer and has worked in a variety of healthcare settings. She has experience with organization of clinical offices as well as the leadership and organization of teams of medical professionals to efficiently work toward achieving a high level of medical care for soldiers and civilians alike. Over the years, she has worked in a wide variety of healthcare settings, from hospitals to free standing clinics, as well as with various healthcare professionals. She is currently pursuing formal training in strength and conditioning in order to integrate it into the rehabilitation setting. While working at Vive Physical Therapy, she wants to pursue becoming a physical therapist in order to support clients in their pursuit of high levels of fitness and performance. In her free time, Kelly enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, camping, and participating in various recreational sports.

Jaime earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Franklin Pierce University in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo in New York. While at UB, Jaime gained experience as a Strength and Conditioning intern, and also competed on the platform in Women’s Powerlifting. She has experience practicing in a variety of different physical therapy settings, but has a passion for rehabilitating sports injuries and helping her patients return to performing at a high level. Jaime is also an advocate for leading an active lifestyle, and in her free time she enjoys longboarding, hiking, camping, and exploring all that the North Carolina outdoors has to offer.
Taylor earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Prior to physical therapy school, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at Emory & Henry College. She has had experience working with a wide variety of patients in many different settings. Her background in Athletic Training has helped to develop her passion for rehabilitation in the orthopedic and sport population. In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking and hiking, and spending time with family.
Sierra graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2016 with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science. She did ROTC in college and commissioned into the US Army as a Health Service Administrative Officer. The past three years she worked as an Exercise Physiologist and was the coordinator for multiple transitional therapy programs. She also had experience running corporate wellness fitness programs and group training/ personal training. Sierra is currently working towards getting her masters in Sports and Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science and Human Performance. In her free time Sierra enjoys cooking, reading, working out and spending time with her family. Her most proudest title is being a mommy.
