We are a cash-based clinic and an in-network Tricare provider. This does not mean your insurance will not cover physical therapy! We can assist filing for reimbursement from your insurance company, but be prepared to pay for therapy at the time of treatment. Contact us with any questions and we will work with you to come up with the best billing option available.

You will be evaluated of your condition which will last between 60-90 minutes. The evaluation is necessary to create a program designed specifically to address your needs and maximize your recovery.

o Fill out the patient intake forms, print them out and bring them with you
o Arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork, and so you can maximize your time in evaluation
o Your ID
o Referral information (if using insurance)

Wear comfortable clothing that allow the therapist easy access to your problem areas for examination. Whatever you workout in is perfect.

Each visit will last 60 minutes on average. Times will vary due to the treatment and exercises being performed.

Your plan is determined after your initial evaluation, but most patients have 2 visits each week.

All plans cover physical therapy with some exceptions. If you have Tricare Standard or Tricare Select you can walk-in without a referral but will be required to pay a copay. If you have Tricare Prime you MUST have a referral prior to treatment. Active duty service members and their families covered by Prime do not pay a copay. Retired service members and their families covered by Prime will be required to pay a copay.

Testimonials

I have been seeing Shannon for a handful of different injuries and overuse pain for over 6 years. These injuries include lower back pain and shoulder pain. I have been treated by a lot of PTs and Shannon is by far the best. She is always personable and professional and the techniques she uses continually provide relief to both my shoulder and lower back. Leading up to surgery, she consistently dissected the problematic area and found second/third areas that were also contributing to my problem and has helped resolve them.

Shannon consistently seeks new innovative techniques and with confidence tries each method to find the most effective solution that is best for me. The treatments I have received from Shannon both before and after surgeries have allowed me to stay active at work and with my family. She pushed me harder when needed to get me further and progress quicker in my recovery. At the same time, she always listened and used the methods I said provided the most relief. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone suffering from any injury, pre or post-surgery, or just for a tune up.

This is the first time physical therapy actually worked for me and it is because Shannon isn’t afraid to go hands on and do manual therapy! We don’t just do exercises for the whole session which never provided me relief in the past. She uses her hands, her scraping tools, and needles to actually give me relief where it’s needed. This is what physical therapy is supposed to be!
